I definitely would use Professional Home Repair again. While they were the highest bid I received the work was worth it.
The young man, Austin, was very professional and conscientious. Everything was cleaned up each day. He conveyed each day what sections he would be working on and he made sure to inspect the house each day for anything they missed the day before. (There was another man but I did not get his name.)
The house looks excellent!
I was nervous about getting it paid because a few years back I had a different house painted by student painters. The work was below average and I had difficulty getting the supervisor out to fix. THANK GOODNESS I DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH Professional Home Repair.

Turns out we had a bad Circuit breaker, perhaps due to overload. It was the day after Christmas, Mike promptly responded to our call, came and fixed the problem – even going to get a new Circuit breaker to install. We appreciated Mikes friendly manner. Very informative and professional.

I had the siding on my house redone last month and so far so great. The workers were very friendly, worked in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Received many compliments from my neighbors. Make sure you have anything you need added on to your new siding before they leave as I ordered my new awning too late and now need to hire a handyman for installation. I also had my windows done and they were done beautifully.

I am very thankful for Mike’s help today. I am also thankful that I can support a local business. My Jeep became stuck in the snow this morning. I called Professional Home Repair. It wasn’t long before Mike was at our house. He got the Jeep unstuck and plowed our driveway. I asked him to come back whenever the driveway needs plowing.

I called Professional Home Repair when I had an emergency at a rental property. There was some kind of a plumbing leak I believed it to be coming from an upstairs bathroom, it had gotten so bad that it was possible that the toilet could’ve fallen through the ceiling at any moment. The renter had not communicated with me that the problem had gotten this severe. I got a callback the following morning and scheduled an estimate. Once approved, the guys got to work right away and even recognized problems that I wasn’t even aware of and fixed those things while they had the ceiling open that would prevent future problems for me. Before doing so I was communicated with as to what the additional cost would be and given the opportunity to make the final decision. I thought the company was honest, I appreciated the communication and they did quality work. I would highly recommend Professional Home Repair.

I recently had an outbuilding re-roofed and sided by PHR. They did a good job and the finished product looks good. The crew, James and Tony, showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were professional and pleasant to deal with and made a point to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I would hire PHR again for future home repairs. I think James and Tony should be given a raise because I am confident they treat all of their customers in a similar way.

I recently had contacted Mike at Professional Home Repair , I asked him if he did home warranty work because any other company I had contacted backed away from the thought process of having to wait for their money from a home warranty company. When Mike asked me what the issue was, I told him I had a leak in my kitchen and it went all the way down to my basement. Within 30 minutes of contacting him he said he could be at my house. After he arrived he saw that the job was more involved than what he expected. He assured me that he could do it and it won’t be a problem. He said the job would take 2 hours and that’s exactly how long it took he seemed to be real focused, professional and courteous.he even brought booties to wear over his shoes while he was inside the house along with his crew that came with him and they cleaned up what ever mess they may have made. I would definitely recommend Mike and his company to come back to my house to do any repairs that I might have and I will pass his name and number along to my friends.
